Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take? All UK orders are shipped free and typically arrive within 5–7 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the UK only. We're working on expanding.

Is shipping really free? Yes, always. No minimum order. No hidden fees at checkout.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. If you're not happy for any reason — the product wasn't what you expected, it arrived damaged, or you simply changed your mind — contact us and we'll sort it. No awkward questions.

How do I start a return? Email us at arcastoreofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving the returned item back.

Products

How do I use the ice roller? Place it in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. Roll it gently across your face using upward and outward strokes — start at the jaw, move up to the cheeks, then under the eyes and across the forehead. Use it every morning before moisturiser for best results. The stainless steel head retains cold for 10–15 minutes.

How do I use the scalp massager? Use it wet or dry. In the shower, apply shampoo to your scalp and use the massager in circular motions — it lifts product off the scalp, stimulates blood circulation, and feels incredible. Can also be used dry for a relaxing scalp massage at any time.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin? Yes. The ice roller is stainless steel and silicone — no chemicals touch your skin. The scalp massager is 100% soft silicone. Both are hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types.

How do I clean them? Rinse both under warm water after each use and leave to air dry. The scalp massager can be washed with soap. Do not submerge the ice roller head in boiling water.

Will the ice roller actually stay cold? Yes — the stainless steel roller head retains cold for approximately 10–15 minutes after being taken from the fridge. We recommend the fridge rather than the freezer for daily use — it stays cold long enough for a full facial massage without feeling uncomfortably intense.

Orders & account

Can I change or cancel my order? If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we can usually cancel or amend it before dispatch. After that, your order may already be on its way — in which case our returns policy applies.

I haven't received my order — what do I do? First check your tracking link (sent by email). If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder in future.
